About Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training

Who is Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training for?

Machine Condition Signature Analysis training is for anybody interested in lowering the downtime of their machines. In our course, Colorado Springs students learn:

Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training Course Overview:

MCSA training describes Machine Condition Signature Analysis - saving Colorado Springs students money by replacing unplanned failure with preventive maintenance. Machine Condition Signature Analysis (MCSA) is similar to Statistical Process Control. A gage (accelerometer) is used to take a snapshot of a machine's "normal" performance (i.e. record its "signature"). Specifically, signatures are usually collected for each of the machines high-wear components; motors, pumps, etc. Periodic measurements are then taken over time to assess deviation from normal. When deviation reaches a defined threshold, the machine is scheduled for preventive maintenance. As such, Machine Condition Signature Analysis improves operational profitability. It pays for itself in the form of lower total maintenance cost and higher uptime.

Colorado Springs

Millionaire City

Excellent choice! Colorado Springs served as the state's capital through Pike's Peak Gold Rush with a firm foundation in mining evolving into military, high tech, and tourism. Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training in Colorado Springs occurs in a naturally splendid setting; a high desert with mountain views and abundant opportunity for hiking, climbing, camping, and other outdoor activities. Probably the most famous of these is Pike's Peak; a 14K foot high potassium-rich pink granite summit. Others include Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings.

Great 5S course. It exceeded my expectations. I will use this course in my job, home, and also at my local little league that I volunteer at during my off time.

Energy

I had the pleasure of working with our Master Black Belt at our energy tech firm. There, he created an internal mentorship and training program to teach lean/six sigma concepts. The training was made available to employees spread both horizontally and vertically throughout the organization. Executives, managers, assemblers and receptionists alike were soon finding and eliminating waste within their workday. This divide-and-conquer philosophy in executing the continuous improvement program was not only an incredibly efficient way to find and implement cost savings, but also created a culture of empowerment within our organization. Our MBB encouraged all of his students to use these techniques to add value to the organization, in-turn making them more valuable employees.
